We ship items on a regular basis otherwise stated below on Shipping Update section stating any schedule changes during such as Christmas and summer holiday. Please check the schedule update when you place an order.

SHIPPING UPDATE

Our shop will be closed 1st - 18th August. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched after 19th August. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We will ship items within 1-3 working days.
In UK we will send them with Royal Mail first class. Outside UK we will send them with Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 3 -7 days outside UK for arrival of the goods from dispatch date. If the goods doesn’t arrive in time, send us an email at natsko.shop@gmail.com
Please be aware that there is no tracking information provided. If you would like to require secure tracking service, please purchase Special Delivery, a service available at the bottom of our shop page.

We will ship large prints in a tube within 5-10 working days.
In UK we will send them with Parcelforce Worldwide Express. Please allow 2 days for arrival of the goods from dispatch date.
Outside UK we will send them with either UPS, InPost, DPD, postal, CitySprint, ParcelForce, PacketPort, FX, Hermes, Collect+, or TNT depends on the destination. Please allow 5 -7 days outside UK for arrival of the goods from dispatch date.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 28 days in its original saleable condition, for a refund or replacement. Please note the refund will apply to the product only, delivery costs cannot be refunded unless the order was canceled before shipment. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will replace or refund the item.

VAT

We currently do not charge VAT.
