We will ship large prints in a tube within 5-10 working days.
In UK we will send them with Parcelforce Worldwide Express. Please allow 2 days for arrival of the goods from dispatch date.
Outside UK we will send them with either UPS, InPost, DPD, postal, CitySprint, ParcelForce, PacketPort, FX, Hermes, Collect+, or TNT depends on the destination. Please allow 5 -7 days outside UK for arrival of the goods from dispatch date.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees.
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 28 days in its original saleable condition, for a refund or replacement. Please note the refund will apply to the product only, delivery costs cannot be refunded unless the order was canceled before shipment. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will replace or refund the item.
We currently do not charge VAT.
